These terms apply to your use of the Sealed & Shelved online store and to any purchase you make. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to US addresses. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders we have already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we do, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal.

Product safety

Some products, such as wax seal kits, involve heat and open flames. Follow the instructions and safety notes in each listing, and keep hot wax and flames away from children.

Use of the store

Please don't misuse the store or try to break its security. Text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
