Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
We prepare and dispatch orders in 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of purchase. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
No. Prices include import duties for US deliveries. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty or tax on delivery, contact us and we'll reimburse it.
What if my item arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Each order is packed and shipped individually by our fulfillment partner, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please check the size and details in each listing, and ask us if you're unsure. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. Details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I use a wax seal kit?
- Light a candle and melt a few wax beads (or the tip of a wax stick) in the melting spoon until fully liquid.
- Pour a small pool of wax onto your paper or envelope.
- Wait a few seconds, then press the stamp straight down and hold it for about 10 seconds.
- Lift the stamp gently.
Hot wax and open flames can burn. Work on a heat-safe surface, keep them away from children, and never leave a lit candle unattended.
Will a book cover fit my book?
Each listing shows the cover's measurements. Compare them with your book's height, width and thickness before ordering.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Some items come in their own gift box; the listing says so when they do.
